To meet the need of market, Shanghai Longyu innovated a series of high efficiency escalator machines, center distance ranges from 100mm to 180mm; brake mode includes band brake and drum brake. Output shaft is designed in left sided and right sided; efficiency is tested over 90% on certain power rating. The gearbox is worm driven, the worm gear tooth is Arc Niemann tooth shaped, produced and tested by high-precision manufacture and measurement equipments, which increase bearing by 30% than traditional worm tooth shape, and increase 4% in driving efficiency. Meanwhile, machine stablely operates in low noise, low temperature rise and low vibration.
